1. Getting started
Fill out the submission form below and provide as much detail as possible - the more detail you provide, the more likely we are to acheive your vision. Space is limited, so if you are successful you will receive an email within 5 working days of submission.
HOW IT WORKs
2. Drafting and deposit
If you’re successful we can finalise any details over email or video call. Once the details have been agreed upon, a non-refundable 50% deposit will need to be paid to lock your project in. Then onto drafting! A thumbnail sketch will be provided for your approval.
3. Painting
Once approved, I will start painting. You will receive frequent updates on how it is all going - unless you choose to opt-out of these updates (some like the final piece to be a surprise). Please note, the final work may not be an exact replica of the thumbnail sketch.
4. Delivery
Towards the end of the process I will send through final images for any last minute adjustments to be made. Once approved, final payment will be made and your artwork will be delivered to you!

The purpose of the commission agreement is to protect both the artist and the customer, provide full clarity on how the process and ownership works, and to avoid any unpleasant surprises for both of us.
